We are looking for a dedicated and organized attachee to join our team as a Receptionist, who will also take on responsibilities as the Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO. This role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills, offering the right candidate valuable experience in both front office management and executive support.
Reception and Front Office Management
• Greet visitors warmly, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the front desk.
• Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate departments, taking detailed messages when necessary.
Diary and Calendar Management for the CEO
• Organize and manage the CEO’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare daily agendas and relevant materials for the CEO’s meetings and events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Candidates should be currently pursuing a diploma or equivalent qualification in Secretarial Studies or a related field
