Job Description

STRATEGY & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER
We are looking for a highly qualified and competent candidate for the position of Strategy & Performance Management Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and supporting the implementation the organization's strategic plan and ensures that performance management systems are in place to achieve those goals.
The role ensures alignment between departmental objectives, corporate goals, and individual performance to drive operational excellence and continuous
improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Job Functions:
• Assisting management in the development of the organisation's strategic plans to support the company's overarching vision, mission and goals for long-term success and competitive advantage.
Working with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, linking the setting of broader organizational strategic objectives with the departmental ad individual performance metrics, monitoring progress, and collaborating cross-functionality to drive success.
• Providing period performance data analysis and dashboards to inform the strategic planning cycle and support the development of delivery plans. Produce performance reports, data summaries, and presentations to support annual reports and other performance management audits.
• Assisting the designing,
implementation and
monitoring of integrated
performance management frameworks and fools to align employee/team performance with organizational goals, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analysing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, developing capacity building programs to drive productivity and ensuring alignment with company goals
• Assisting identification of performance gaps against strategic targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Conducting research on and benchmarking with industry trends, talent and performance improvement methods, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements of the Job:
The successful candidate for this composite position should meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Capital Management, Performance Management, Strategic Management, Law, Economics, or related field.
• A postgraduate qualification and/or certification in M&E, Strategy, ICT, or
Performance Management a must

• At least 3 years' experience in Strategic Planning, Organisational Performance Management, or Monitoring & Evaluation.
• Intimate knowledge and experience with of IRBM performance framework a must.
• Must have a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and ability to interact
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential,
• High computer literacy and data analytics with exceptional skills in presentation packages e.g. excel, PowerPoint, data analytical tools
