Job Description

SIE Assistant’s positions has arisen within the organisation in Midlands, Manicaland, Mash West, Mash Central, Mash East, Mat North and Harare hence we seek to recruit one to be based at any of the mentioned provinces above, responsible for data collection, accurately capturing data through various software programs; ensuring all data remains secure and follows through on security protocols; Assist the SIE Officer with compiling statistical reports;

Duties and Responsibilities

Follow up on reports from Programmes team
Daily/weekly/monthly analysis of data for report writing, data cleaning for errors and report problems with data
Assists in collection of success stories from the field
Assists with baseline surveys and project evaluations
Support the collection and analysis of data for the consolidated Zvandiri indicator protocol during programme implementation and ensure that the results are used to inform programming

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, M&E, demography or Public Health.
• Computer literate, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook. MS Access, NVivo, STATA, R and SPSS (or other statistical packages) an added advantage; Qualification in Advanced Excel will be an added advantage; Ability to work independently with large quantities of data, analyse, convert and interpret it into understandable results under minimal supervision.
• Must have good customer care skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to multi task
