Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the proper storage, organization, and handling of goods to prevent damage and ensure easy retrieval.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including regular stocktaking and cycle counts.
Monitor stock levels, implement inventory control procedures, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods to support production and distribution operations.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Enforce compliance with health and safety standards, conducting regular safety checks and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Prepare and submit regular reports on stock levels, movements, discrepancies, and overall store performance.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing queries and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications, Skills, and experience Required.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Inventory or Logistics Management.
2-4 years working in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics.
Knowledge of Logistics Systems
