Job Description
Responsible for capturing data, prepare paper work for payments, reconciliation and any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Capturing data into pastel system.
• Submitting orders to accounts for payment.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• Submitting orders to accounts for payment and chasing orders after they have paid for.
• Receiving and issuing of goods.
• Maintaining stock levels.
• Stock tacking.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply/Stores Management
• At least one year experience in Stores field and very computer conversant (Pastel, QuickBooks, excel/lotus, electronic mail etc.)
• Good analytical skills.
