Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the under listed position at City of Kadoma.

Duties and Responsibilities

Checking that all items received are entered into the goods received voucher.
Converting uncollected direct purchases into stock.
Classifying and coding bought in items.
Establishing inventory levels.
Enforcing adherence to internal control.
Engaging the buyer on requisition of stock items.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management or Equivalent.
Previous experience in stock control, inventory management systems.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
