Job Description

Nakiso Borehole Drilling is looking for a confident ,creative and energetic Stores Clerk (1) who will compliment our existing teams. Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the below positions.
STORES CONTROLLER (1)

Duties and Responsibilities

Main Duties Responsibilities
❖ Checking stock levels regularly.
❖ Completing the required paperwork when ordering stock.
❖ Updating stock information on the computer system.
❖ Comparing items received against items ordered.
❖ Implementing or improving processes and procedures.
❖ Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies.
❖ Maintaining records of pricing, purchases and other relevant information.
❖ Performing random checks and audits
❖ Transferring stock inside the warehouse.
❖ Notifying supervisors and managers of inventory levels.
❖ Packing items for storage and display.
❖ Following state and company safety standards.
❖ Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
❖ Check inventory records for accuracy.
❖ Maintaining inventories

Qualifications and Experience

Stores Clerk requirements
❖ Diploma in stores management, supply inventory management is a must.
❖ 4 Years relevant experience in stores management.
❖ Must have a clean class 4 drivers license.
❖ Proficient in Microsoft Office and Odoo System.
❖ Reconciliation skills.
❖ Prior experience in Borehole Drilling.
❖ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
❖ A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new tasks.
