We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Stores Clerk to join our team. He/she will be responsible for overseeing store operations, stock control, inventory management, goods receiving and issuing and ensuring accurate record keeping within the stores department
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials
Issue materials and products according to approved requisitions
Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts
Maintain accurate inventory and stores records
Ensure proper storage and organization of items in the warehouse/store
Prepare stock reports and reconciliation reports
Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
Investigate stock variances and report discrepancies
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing & Supply, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in stores or inventory management
Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
