We seek to engage a Stores Clerk to join our team in Harare.
1. Ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods and services.
2. Inspecting incoming and outgoing supplies and equipment.
3. Issuing items from stores ensuring proper authorisation and documentation.
4. Maintaining up-to-date records of inventory issuance and receipts.
5. Ensuring security, safety and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
6. Preparing for stocktake.
1. Minimum of a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply chain management/Accounting.
2. At least 1 year working experience in Stores.
3. Good computers and analytical skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Good ethical and moral values.
