Job Summary

We have an exciting career opportunity for a high-output Store Supervisor to join a high end Food & Wine Deli.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met,
- Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Food Retail coupled with a Business Degree or Diploma.

Seeking a candidate who is energetic with a passion for the industry, someone who demonstrates strong commercial awareness. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
