Job Description
• Conduct and lead stock takes.
• Capturing all daily and periodic stock movements.
• Liaising with shopkeepers for steel reordering requirements.
• Recording inflows and outflows of inventory.
• Conducting spot checks in different sites/shops.
• Liaising with shop keepers on weekly stock balances.
• Producing daily stock movement report per each shop.
• Monthly stock takes variances investigations.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaising with shopkeepers for steel reordering requirements.
• Recording inflows and outflows of inventory.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of a Diploma in Stores Management or a related field preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
