Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill in the above position that has arisen in the Warehouse Department based at Sparkling Beverages, Bon Accord Plant in Bulawayo
STOCK CONTROLLER (Grade G
The Job
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the successful applicant will be, among other key challenging aspects, responsible for:
Duties and Responsibilities
Producing and submitting daily stock counts and variance reports.
Ensuring stock records are up to date and are accurate all the time.
Ensuring that product in the Warehouse is properly stacked and clearly labelled.
Providing efficient service to both Packaging and Sales & Distribution in receiving and accurate
accounting of packed product, empties and pallets.
Ensuring that no product expires by daily monitoring shelf life and implementing FEFO stock management system.
Implementing management systems such as HACCP, EMS, QMS, NOSA & EOSH.
Any other stock related duties as assigned within the Warehouse Operations
Qualifications and Experience
The Person
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
5 ‘O’ level subjects including Mathematics and English.
National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Accounting or equivalent.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Be computer literate.
Knowledge of SAP ERP system is an added advantage
Minimum of 2 years work experience in a warehouse environment.
Honest, hardworking, and requiring minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of environmental management systems such as ISO: 14001 and safety standards.
