Job Description

Applications are invited for the above position that is vacant in our Standards Development, Information & Training Department. The purpose of the job is to ensure all standards and amendments are published in a correct format from draft to publication as laid down in zws 100-3.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To ensure standards are published in the correct format
• To process and edit regional and international standards
• To avail the technical team documents and ensure standards information security
• To provide support to Standards Officers
• To maintain and update standards and TC database

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Secretarial and Computers
• 2 years’ experience in copy editing, document formatting, meeting report preparation
• ISO 9001 awareness training
