Sport Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sport Development Manager to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sport development programs
• Build partnerships with local sports organizations and stakeholders
• Identify and nurture talent
• Promote sport participation and development
• Manage budgets and resources

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
• Possession of a degree in Sport Management, Sport and Recreation, Sport Science, or oth-
er sport-related qualification.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and relate to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of sport development principles and practices
• Knowledge of the SRC Act and Regulations is a must; and
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
