SOLAR TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Technician to join our team. Based in Harare, the ideal candidate will be responsible to be solar technician leader who is able to lead a pool, system designing, installation, commissioning and maintenance. They will also be responsible for attending to electrical faults that may exist at the point of installation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Carries out installation and maintenance of solar systems.
• Ensures safety measures are adhered to during installation.
• Trouble shooting and attends faults in the solar system network.
• Carries out annual planned maintenance on installations.
• Monitor and if possible supervise all the above functions for co–developed / co–invested projects
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 ‘O’ Levels including Mathematics and English.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Diploma in renewable energy will be an advantage
• Clean Class 4 Drivers License.
• Knowledge of Safety Rules, equipment operation and good public relations.
• At least one-year relevant experience.
