Job Description
JF Kapnek a registered PVO 1/86 which has been operating in Zimbabwe since 1986 whose mission is to improve family health, reduce child mortality and create educational opportunities for the children of Zimbabwe through the implementation of scalable, sustainable programs is seeking to fill the vacancies below:

Position Summary
: Social Work Attaché x15
: Case Management Officer
: Bulawayo (x9)/ Matobo (x6)
Under the supervision of the Case Management Officer, the student attaché will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Case management activities using the National case management system as well as the NAP 111 for OVCs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Support the rollout of case management services to beneficiaries using the National case management framework.
• Identifying children in need of protection and health services supported by the program, assess and link them with resource systems.
• Work closely with Department of Social Development to conduct follow ups and home visits
• Assisting in the documentation and evidence-building for case management
• Maintaining proper and up to date case management files
• Assessing clients for case plan achievement and graduation readiness.
• Supporting broader organizational activities in child protection, disability and sexual and reproductive health and rights
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements
• Should be studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Social Work
• Understanding of linkages between HIV/AIDS and Disability in Child Protection
• Fluency in Ndebele is a distinctive advantage
• Familiar with MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
