Job Description

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Marketer with strong skills in graphic design and basic website design/management. This person will be responsible for driving our online presence, building our brand across digital platforms, and supporting design and website-related tasks that elevate our visual identity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Social Media Management
● Develop and execute a content calendar across all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).

● Create engaging posts, campaigns, and stories aligned with the M&J brand voice.

● Monitor trends, hashtags, and opportunities to increase brand awareness.

● Track performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, growth, and reach.

Graphic Design
● Design high-quality graphics for digital marketing (social posts, banners, brochures, presentations).

● Collaborate with internal teams to create visuals for campaigns, events, and promotions.

● Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs.

Website Management
● Update and maintain company websites (WordPress or similar platforms).

● Create landing pages for marketing campaigns and optimize user experience.

● Liaise with developers when necessary to troubleshoot or upgrade functionality.

Digital Marketing
● Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns.

● Run basic paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and optimize based on analytics.

● Maintain and grow CRM database through digital leads.

Qualifications and Experience

● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, IT, or related field.

● At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and content creation.

● Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

● Basic understanding of web design platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.).

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Passionate about branding, innovation, and digital trends.

● Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Added Advantage:
● Knowledge of SEO and digital ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).

● Experience using email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).

● Video editing skills for reels and YouTube content.
