Job Description
We are looking to employ a Site Supervisor on behalf of our client in the Manufacturing and Construction Industry.
The ideal candidate should be dedicated and MUST HAVE Shop Fitting and Joinery Experience.
The ideal candidate must possess:
- A positive attitude
- Good communication skills, being able to motivate and discipline the workforce
- The ability to understand drawings and other contract documents
- An impeccable understanding of safety procedures
- Sharp Organizational Skills
- An understanding of legal responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities
- Preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefing and toolbox talks
- Inspecting and preparing site reports
-Coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment
- Resolving problems and implementing improvements
-Providing emergency first aid if required
-Interacting with clients
Qualifications and Experience
Drivers License is Essential
Must have Shopfitting and Joinery experience
O Level and related Tertiary qualification
Working experience in construction
