Job Description
To supervise daily construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise site labor and plant operations.
• Interpret drawings and implement construction plans.
• Enforce quality control and SHE compliance.
• Report progress and challenges to site management.
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction.
• At least 5 years’ experience in civil or dam construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
