Glenrise Investments (Pvt) Ltd seeks to recruit a dynamic and experienced Site Foreman to join our team. The
successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed
on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction activities for earth dams, roads, and structures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and report on milestones and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. Diploma in Project Management
3. 10 years proven experience within the construction industry
4. Proven track record of project implementation and management
Skills and Competencies
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
Excellent knowledge of earth dams, road construction, and structural projects.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
and stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in project management.
