Job Description

To provide all administrative function at the mine coordinating the Finance, Human Resources, Operations and Loss Control Activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

Records all ores that are brought to the mine for milling.
Records gold recoveries from the stamp mill.
Prepare monthly attendance report for all the mine employees and communicating to Human Resource & Admin Department.
Ensures that mine consumable stock is kept at optimal levels and available before it is needed.
Receives orders for consumables from mine functions and makes orders with the Head Office Procurement Department.
Maintains updated and accurate stores records of the mine for audit/inspection purposes.
Keeps record of all credit facilities and equipment given to contract miners.
Carries out any other administrative work that may be assigned form Head Office.
Generates and avails on a monthly basis, statistical reports according for the input supplied versus output proceed.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor' degree in the relevant area
Prior experience at a minimum of 2 years
Basic computer skill to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Preference given to team players with high interpersonal skill
A demonstrated ability to plan, priorities, solve problems and complete multiple work streams.
The ability to cope with working under pressure and the willingness to be based in a remote location.
Ndebele Speaking will be an additional advantage
