To prepare and provide meals for site personnel in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Prepare daily meals for construction staff.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Manage food supplies and basic stock control.
• Certificate in Professional Cookery or Hospitality.
• Valid Medical Fitness/Food Handlers Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience cooking for large groups.
