The position exists to supervise all functions of Site Clerks. The Incumbent shall be the liaison officer between Site Clerks and Head Office departments.
Manages activities of Site Clerks.
Originates innovative methods to improve level of performance of all Site Clerks.
Engages in training and assists Site Clerks in working out diverse administration activities.
Handles diverse site reports and records.
Reviews all Site Clerks reports before submission.
Coordinates submission of all required reports.
Trains and mentors Site and Stores Clerks immediately upon engagement.
Guides and advises on policy and procedure related issues.
Processes Site requisitions at Head Office.
Manages clock entries for Head Office wages employees.
Stands in for Site Clerks in their absence and executes Site Clerk roles as in the job description.
Minimum 5 Ordinary levels including Mathematics/Accounts and English.
Certificate in Administration.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a clerical job.
Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015) is an added advantage.
