Job Description
We are a small but fast growing veggie store looking for an individual who will enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manages staff effectively to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Meeting sales goals
Establishing rapport with customers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders in ways which enhance business performance
Informing daily and projected stock requirements based on trends, including product diversification
Overseeing store administration and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Overseeing smooth daily operation of the shop
Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and the provision of top-quality products as per brand expectations
Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Reporting on buying trends, customer needs and profitability
Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share
Dealing with all issues that arise from customers such as complaints and grievances
Continually improving operational capacity by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Performing additional store manager duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Qualifications and Experience
BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Proven successful experience as a Retail Store Manager
At least 1 year of work experience in the same field
