Bulawayo Mining Company (Private) Limited, (How Mine) is currently looking for suitably qualified persons to fill the above position
The overall objective of the position is to supervise back shift mining activities to ensure that production, development and stoping are realised in the safest, cost-effective and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality management
• Safe and efficient re- entry
• Supervision of hoisting, development, stoping and tramming activities during back shift to meet set targets'
• Supervising the safe handling and use of explosives
• Efficient use and maintenance of tramming equipment
• Compilation of consolidated back shift reports
Ensuring full compliance to Mining regulations
Qualifications and Experience
BSC Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering, and FBL, NEC Certificate
Knowledge in Hard rock mining, development, stoping, shafts systems and computer literacy
At least 3years post-qualification experience
Knowledge of People Management skills are a requirement
