WE ARE HIRING
JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SHEQ OFFICER
We are seeking a SHEQ Officer to support and improve site Safety, Health, Environment & Quality performance on our new site.The successful candidate will conduct site inspections and audits, assist with risk management, ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures and legal requirements, and support quality processes on site.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and site observations.
• Perform and monitor risk assessments.
•Support incident/accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed out.
• Ensure the site complies with relevant legislation, internal standards, and project requirements.
• Monitor and promote compliance with permits and controls.
• Support environmental controls including waste management, spill prevention, dust/noise control, and housekeeping.
• Track and report SHEQ performance through weekly/monthly reports, audit findings, and action plans.
Qualifications and Experience
•BSC in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Quality Management.
• SHEQ training or certification
