• Assist in developing and attaining safety, health, environment and quality goals
Duties and Responsibilities
Increase the monthly near miss reporting
100% participation of the employees in implementation of the IMS
Support in employee on-boarding process including the scheduling of inductions for new employees as well as medical bookings.
Updating IMS files and maintaining all relevant records
Carry out inspections and follow through the tracking process in the closure of gaping issues to do with Health and Safety of employees.
Taking the initiative by ensuring that the organization carries out Safety, health and environment (SHEQ) programs.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Geography Environmental Studies, Natural Resources Management, Safety Health Environmental Management
* OSHEMAC
