Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate the safe and prompt collection and delivery of customers vehicles
• Delegation of duties and allocation of vehicles and tasks to artisans
• Out-sourcing jobs not undertaken in-house in conjuction with the Parts Manager and Branch Manager
• Developing Rapport with colleagues, customers and suppliers
• ensuring that all warrant procedures are observed
• Ensuring that all staff are up to date with events in the Motor Trade Industry
• Preparing budgets for the department
• Networking with all dealers, suppliers, customers, other managers
Qualifications and Experience
• Class 1 qualified journeyman
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Class 4 Driver’s license
• Energetic
• Written and oral Communication skills
• Quality Oriented & Customer focused
• Promotional prowess and networking ability
