Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the above position that has arisen in the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling customer transactions, including calculating totals and accepting payments.
• Basic knowledge of fast-food products.
• Managing cash and card transactions.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including handling cash and calculating change.
• Effective communication skills, including responding customer inquiries.
• Maintaining hygiene of the cafeteria to match health safety rules.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Collaborating with team members and working with other staff members to ensure smooth coffee shop operations.

Qualifications and Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
• Five O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
• Certificate in hospitality
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and personality skills.
• Knowledge of computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
• Organized.
