Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:
Senior Risk Officer Xl Instructor
Duties and Responsibilities
Training and supervision of all Risk personnel in firearms, drill, and security operations.
Carry out training needs analysis and recommend, train on areas of need.
Supervision of risk control officers
Investigating cases and representing the organization in courts
Responsible for the protection of organizational assets and equipment.
Responsible for supervision of control rooms and development of loss control strategies to minimize theft across the whole division
Advising senior management on all matters relating to non-compliance from departments
Liaise with all security arms of the state on matters affecting the business of the organization
Qualifications and Experience
5 0 levels Including English Language
Diploma/Certificate in Instruction.
Diploma [Certificate in Security Management or equivalent.
5 years' experience from Uniformed forces e.g Prisons, Police, ZNA
30 years and above for both males and females
Possession of a Drivers licence is an added advantage
