Wholesale Beef (Pvt) Ltd is looking for an experienced and capable SENIOR BLOCKMAN to fill the position at our Hwange Branch.

-Deboning
-Portioning
-Sausage Making -Stock control
-Sales
-Maintaining Company Standards
-Merchandise
Qualifications and Experience
The candidate must be able to efficiently carry out the following:-
Knowledge of, and ability to cut and process the following:
• Carcasses, 'Beef forequarter,
• Beef hindquarter,
• Prime Cuts
• Lamb and Goat.
• Sausage production,
• Assisting with stock takes,
• Receiving of stock,
• Upholding and maintaining Company Standards
REQUIREMENTS
