Job Description
Our organization is looking for experienced security personnel to fill up the Security Supervisor posts that has arisen at our sites in Harare, Hwange, Kwekwe, Masvingo and Mutare. The incumbent will be responsible for supervising security guards and implementing other security protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks
- Respond to security incidents and alarms
- Provide training and development opportunities to security personnel
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 O’ Levels or better
- At least one year of experience in a security supervisory role
- Security training certificate is a must
- Proven track record of effective security management
- Class 3 and 4 drivers’ license + Defensive drivers’ license
- Must be a rider
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and industry standards
- Ability to write reports
- Computer literacy
