ZAKA RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL
VACANCY: SECURITY GUARDS (COUNCIL POLICE) X 10
PERIOD: 3 MONTHS CONTRACT
DUTY STATION: ZAKA RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL JERERA
GRADE: 3
Duties and Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Escorting staff for revenue collection
• Protecting and safeguarding council premises
• Participating in emergency responses and public safety
• Enforcing revenue collection
• Enforcing council bylaws, regulations, and policies
• Assisting in traffic control and parking management
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
• Minimum of 5 "O" Levels
• Aged between 25-50
• Should be able to operate a gun
• Prepare to work long hours weekends and public holidays)
• High levels of integrity, discipline, and commitment to public
• Ex-police, army or prisons is an added advantage
• Ability to ride a motorbike is an added advantage
• Experience in similar position is an added advantage
• Provide own accommodation
