Section Head- Howo Trucks Stores

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and competent Section Head for the Yellow Machine Stores Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, issuing and updating of inventory both physically and in the SAGE system. He/She should ensure compliance with the stores procedures and supports maintenance operations through efficient stock availability.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Receipt of all Howo truck parts inventory and verify quantities, specifications and quality
 Issuing of all Howo Trucks parts
 Section monitoring and supervision
 Monitor and process receipts, transfers, issues and adjustments in the SAGE system
 Prepare daily and weekly reports on stock availability, movements and shortages

Qualifications and Experience

 5 O’levels including English and Mathematics
 Artisan DPF or Motor Mechanic (to include Tractor and Diesel) certification with minimum of 1 year experience.
 Technical knowledge of Howo trucks parts
 At least 1 year stores or inventory control experience will be an added advantage
 Experience with SAGE/ERP
 Good communication and supervisory skills
