Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Track and report on sales activities, performance, and progress toward goals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors.
Qualifications and Experience
- A level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.
- Previous experience in a retail or direct sales environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services its an added advantage.
