Required is a Team Leader to lead the sales team/property negotiators of a registered estate agents company. The Team Leader shall be responsible to the day to day supervision of the sales team/ property negotiators.
1.1. Leading the team of property negotiators.
1.2. Sourcing properties for sale.
1.3. Carrying out due diligence on sourced properties.
1.4. Doing and checking that sales procedures are being followed.
1.5. Recruitment and selection of property negotiators.
2.1. Qualification in real estate, or any other relevant qualification;
2.2. 2+ years’ proven experience as a property negotiator;
2.3. Superior understanding of real estate business and regulatory framework;
2.4. Ability to visualise a future for the sales department and develop strategies to realise that future;
2.5. Decisive and strategic thinker;
2.6. Excellent leadership;
