We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to
actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The position holders will be based at our Bulawayo premises.
Present promote and sell pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods using solid
arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their
needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer needs through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory’s market potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports of customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
activities and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best services and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Effective supervision of subordinates that includes merchandisers, sales agents and or
sales promoters
Submit plans and reports and maintain records in line with the company’s reporting
systems and discipline
Most of the time travelling out of Bulawayo to serve clients in the following
marketing territories: Matebeleland North and South respectively; Masvingo and
Midlands provinces
Relevant Sales and Marketing Qualification. However, a Bachelor’s degree in sales,
marketing, business management or related field will be an added advantage
Proven and traceable sales performance achievements record
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Diligent, honest, integrity, mature and trustworthy individual
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive
business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven individual
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Advertising and promotional campaigns
Good supervisory, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Clean class 4 driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience.
