Job Description
Suitably, qualified, experienced and motivated external candidates are invited to apply for the following vacant post that has arisen
Duties and Responsibilities
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
• Track all sales activities in company pastel software and keep current by updating account information regularly
• Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Knowledge of general Safety, Health and Environment standards an added advantage
Qualifications and Experience
• Driver’s license required
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Some experience in waste management industry a plus
• Some experience in procurement a plus
• Knowledge of pastel
• IT competent with Outlook, Word and Excel a must
• Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
