We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making cold calls, following up on leads, conducting meetings, preparing proposals, and delivering impactful presentations. Formal qualifications are not required; we are looking for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential customers and markets.
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Cold Calling:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products or services.
Engage in meaningful conversations to identify customer needs and qualify leads.
Follow-Up:
Maintain consistent communication with leads and prospects to nurture relationships.
Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and maintain a record of interactions.
Meetings:
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their needs.
Build rapport and establish trust during face-to-face and virtual interactions.
Proposal Writing:
Prepare customized proposals that address client needs and highlight the benefits of our products or services.
Ensure proposals are clear, professional, and persuasive.
Presentations:
Deliver engaging presentations to prospects and stakeholders.
Use presentation tools to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and proposals.
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Education:
No formal qualifications required; passion for sales and a willingness to learn are key.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and proposal writing abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Confidence in speaking with clients and delivering presentations.
