We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. This role involves engaging with potential customers through cold calling, physical visits to businesses, and virtual communications to promote and sell our products effectively.
• Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads.
• Visit companies and businesses physically to present and promote products.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of client accounts, transactions, and communications.
• Track and manage payment collections, ensuring timely receipt from clients.
• Resolve client inquiries or disputes related to payments and invoices.
• Prepare regular sales reports, including sales targets, achievements, and pipeline updates.
• Maintain an organized database of client information, sales records, and payment history.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans.

- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related
