A local ICT Company is looking for qualified and suitable applicants to fill in the position of a Sales Representative in Harare.
- Primary selling of company products and services.
- Take responsibility for identifying new market opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication
- Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction with existing services and rectify any account-based issues or disputes.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Preparing monthly/weekly sales reports.
- Meeting targets
- Conducting sales visits
Preferably Female.
5 ‘O’ level passes including Mathematics and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Experience in selling into and managing a variety of accounts across small medium and large organisations
Computer confident, proactive and enjoys learning new IT systems, good/ intermediate/ advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
High level communications skills, with evidence of building effective relationships at senior and Board level.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
A driver’s licence is a must.
