Our client is looking for a sales Representative who is well experienced and has worked as a sales person before and will be responsible for driving sales growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of the organisation. The candidate will leverage his/her expertise in sales and marketing to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and close deals. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our security services to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in the security services industry and a strong understanding of security services, including guarding, alarm systems, and CCTV solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
-Identify and generate leads for security services, including manned guarding, alarm systems, CCTV, and other security solutions.
-Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
-Present and sell security services to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
-Understand client security needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
-Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement:
-Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
-Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activities, and forecast future sales opportunities.
-Develop strategies to overcome obstacles in the sales process and close deals effectively.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
-Stay informed about market trends and the competitive landscape within the security services industry.
-Gather and analyze information on potential clients and competitors to strengthen the company’s market position.
Product Knowledge and Training:
-Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all security services and solutions offered by the company.
-Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new security technologies and sales techniques.
-Negotiation and Contracting:
-Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure deals that are both profitable and meet client expectations.
-Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services after the sale.
-Reporting and Documentation:
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contract details using CRM systems or sales databases.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback to management.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the security services or a related field.
-Strong understanding of security services, including guarding, alarm systems, and CCTV solutions.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
-Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
