Manning the shop
Greeting customers
Order taking
Approaching potential clients
Asking questions to trigger customer interest
Answering to customer inquiries and queries
Explaining cell phone technical features
Forming and maintaining solid relationships with all stakeholders to ensure future sales
Analyse the territory/market potential and track sales reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
Promoting products on various online platforms and keep abreast with trends
Closing sales, meeting and exceeding targets
Collecting payments

Qualifications
At least 5 O’levels including English
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven technical knowledge of mobile phones and accessories
A certificate or diploma in sales/marketing an added advantage
