OPPORTUNITY
BR Consultants is seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Person to
join our team.
The successful candidate’s primary role will be to identify business opportunities and
convert them into sales, thereby contributing directly to the growth and expansion of the
organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Promote and market the company’s services
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Conduct meetings and presentations
• Prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate and close sales
• Maintain client database
• Manage emails and inquiries
• Use social and networking platforms for leads
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Meet sales targets

Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales or marketing
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in engaging clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage emails and digital communication
• Experience with social and business platforms
