We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the tissue manufacturing and supply industry. Our client prides on delivering high-quality tissue products to both the retail and wholesale market. To support our continued growth, we are looking for an energetic, results-oriented Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in expanding our client base.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, expanding our market reach, and ensuring excellent client service. To drive sales and grow market share of tissue products in both Central Business District (CBD) and out-of-town markets through consistent customer engagement, territory development, order generation, and exceptional service delivery. This role involves managing relationships with both retail and wholesale clients, expanding distribution, and ensuring product visibility in all key outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Source and engage new external clients across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
Follow up on all delivered products to ensure customer satisfaction and reorder potential.
Drive brand visibility by executing retail campaigns, merchandising efforts, and trade visits.
Maintain relationships with shop owners and ensure premium shelf placement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Contribute to marketing strategy and brand positioning discussions.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
Experience: At least 3–5 years in FMCG or manufacturing-related sales.
Skills: Customer acquisition, brand activation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Tools: Ability to use CRM systems and MS Office Suite effectively.
Attributes: Energetic, persuasive, self-driven, and highly professional.
License: Valid driver’s license a must.
