Job Description
Our Client in the Aluminium and shop fitting industry is looking for dedicated sales people. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, opening doors, and creating a strong sales pipeline for the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Identify and approach new potential clients
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, site visits, and networking
Set up meetings and introduce the company
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Follow up consistently on leads and opportunities
Work closely with the technical team to convert prospects into sales
Meet weekly and monthly prospecting targets
Qualifications and Experience
Strong confidence and communication skills
Highly proactive and self-driven
Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
Resilient and able to handle rejection
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Experience in construction, aluminium, or shop fitting
Valid Drivers License is a must
No Degrees , A'levels are encouraged to apply
