Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, search engine optimization advertising, and content marketing.
• Manage the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
Brand Management:
• Protect and enhance the company’s brand reputation through consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across all departments.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Implement and manage a CRM system to track customer interactions, preferences, and behaviours.
• Develop targeted marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain existing customers, and encourage referrals.
Innovation:
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry and explore opportunities for adoption.
Customer Service Culture:
• Promote a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring that every touch point delivers an exceptional experience.
• Develop and implement processes to measure customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score
Market Research:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and changing customer needs.
• Analyse findings to inform marketing strategies, product development, and business growth initiatives.
Data Analytics:
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Event Planning:
• Organize and execute events, such as open houses, seminars, and networking events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance and Risk Management or a related field
• Certificate of Proficiency is an added advantage.
• Proven experience with a record of success in driving brand growth and sales.
• Strong expertise in brand management, sales support, customer experience, and public relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external relationships.
• Experience in digital marketing and data analytics, with a track record of using insights to optimise marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
