Job Description
The organization is looking for a sales manager/ insurance agent who is energetic, innovative, hardworking and well invested in insurance business. As our company is growing quickly, its important that the ideal sales manager flourish in a rapidly changing environment and seek to constantly improve their skills and abilities on the job. One must be an expert at building solid relationships (internally and externally) and to expand the insurance sales. Our ideal candidates must be able to solve problems using a mix of intution developed through working experience in the insurance industry and modern technology.

Qualifications:
1. A business / Insurance degree.
2. 5 years experience in insurance industry at managerial level.
3. Abilities to grow an insurance agent to a broker.
