We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for HOWO tipper trucks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the heavy machinery market, proven sales experience, and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role is critical to driving our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and achieving our revenue goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for HOWO tipper trucks, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Identify and target new business opportunities and markets while nurturing existing client relationships.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales techniques.
Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products and network with potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management in the heavy machinery or automotive industry, with a focus on trucks or yellow machinery preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Technical knowledge of heavy machinery and HOWO products is preferred.
