Nash paints is looking for Sales Manager who shall be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
Sales Strategy - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
Team management-Build and lead a high performing sales team. Provide direction, coaching, training, set performance objectives and monitor branches' progress.
Partnerships- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and industry partners
Marketing Analysis- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Product alignment-Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Forecasting-Prepare and present sales forecasts based on data from Sage x3 and other analytics tools.
Budgeting and Cost Control-Manage budgets efficiently to optimize the cost of sales and improve profitability
Performance monitoring-Conduct regular sales performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to the team.
Brand Visibility- Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, customer meetings and manage social media platforms to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
Customer satisfaction-Ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business management, Marketing or a related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the paint manufacturing or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and development strategic sales plans.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales management.
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
